We refer to a client as “the client” or “clients”.

We refer to our team providing the services as “Butlers”.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. This Terms & Conditions agreement is licensed by Terms Feed to The Urban Butler.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Site..

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service, and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services, that are not owned or controlled by The Urban Butler.

The Urban Butler has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that The Urban Butler shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss, caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms, which by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.


Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms, will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

  1. Clients must be at the Dorm to open and close after each Service
  2. Clients may not use any facilities during a Service
  3. Clients must leave all rooms open for Service
  4. Any extra requirements, must be provided, via email at least 24 hours prior to the booking
  5. During a Service, should the client require anything additional, this must be first authorized by the office, through the Butlers
  6. Should bed linen be changed, the fresh linen must be left on the beds
  7. Cancellation :

 

    1. 24 hours or less: No refunds
    2. 48 hours: 10% cancellation fees
    3. 48 hours +: Full refunds – credit card fees

Payment Conditions

80 NIS per hour (including VAT), for a 3 hours service.

The cost of the service is 240 NIS (including VAT)

A credit card fee of 3.1% is charged by Paypal for the payment process.

 

Should any of the above conditions be breached, in any manner, whatsoever, immediate cancellation and no reimbursement of funds and or hours, will take effect.

  1. Clients must be at the Dorm to open and close after the Service
  2. Clients may not use any facilities during a Service
  3. Clients must leave all rooms open for Service
  4. The Service must be completed prior to the check-out by the Madrichim, therefore, the client must pre book the Service ahead of the check-out
  5. Client’s must ensure that all their belongings are packed away prior to this Service
  6. Client”s must accept the dorm as fully completed, after the Service
  7. Cancellation :
    1. 24 hours or less: No refunds
    2. 48 hours: 10% cancellation fees
    3. 48 hours +: Full refunds – credit card fees

Payment Conditions

80 NIS per hour (including VAT), for a 4 hours service.

The cost of the service is 320 NIS (including VAT)

A credit card fee of 3.1% is charged by Paypal for the payment process.

 

Should any of the above conditions be breached, in any manner, whatsoever, immediate cancellation and no reimbursement of funds and or hours, will take effect.

  1. All information provided by the client on the booking page, must be accurate and correct
  2. Clients must be at the property to open and close on each Service
  3. Apartment, being one Room (possible balcony to be advised), on the booking page
  4. Any additional rooms/areas must be specified on the booking page.
  5. Clients may not use any facilities during a Service
  6. Any extra requirements, must be provided, via email at least 24 hours prior to the booking
  7. During a Service, should the client require anything additional, this must be first authorised by the office, through the Butlers
  8. Should bedding need to be changed, the fresh linen must be left on the beds
  9. Should dirty linen and laundry be:
    1. Washed
    2. Dried
    3. Folded
    4. Pressed
    5. Packed away

Client must advise on the booking page under the specific areas (tick boxes)

  1. Clients must provide:
    1. A vacuum, not an upright model
    2. A mop stick
    3. A bucket and hot water
    4. A broom for outside areas
  2. Cancellation :
    1. 24 hours or less: No refunds
    2. 48 hours: 10% cancellation fees
    3. 48 hours +: Full refunds – credit card fees
  3. Any additional hours required, will be charged at a rate of 75 shekels per hour + taxes
  4. Due to any unforeseen circumstances, a Service may be cancelled with no refunds
  5. Terms and Conditions may change without prior notification

 

Payment Conditions

 

75 NIS per hour (including taxes) for a 4 hours service.

The cost of the service is then 300 shekels (including taxes).

A credit card fee of 3.1% is charged by Paypal for the payment process.

 

Should any of the above conditions be breached, in any manner, whatsoever, immediate cancellation and no reimbursement of funds and or hours, will take effect.

  1. All information provided by the client on the booking page, must be accurate and correct
  2. Clients must be at the property to open and close on each Service
  3. Apartment, being one bedroom (possible balcony to be advised), on the booking page
  4. Any additional rooms/areas must be specified on the booking page.

  1. This Contract consists of 4 services per calendar month and 5 Services on the months that have 5 weeks, each with a maximum of 4 hours, per Service.
  2. Any unused hours may be rolled to the next month, with a maximum of 50% of the unused hours.
  3. All information provided by the client on the booking page, must be accurate and correct
  4. Clients must be at the property to open and close on each Service
  5. Apartment, being three bedrooms (possible balcony to be advised), on the booking page
  6. Any additional rooms/areas must be specified on the booking page.
  7. Clients may not use any facilities during a Service
  8. Any extra requirements, must be provided, via email at least 24 hours prior to the booking
  9. During a Service, should the client require anything additional, this must be first authorised by the office, through the Butlers

  1. All the informations provided by the client on the booking page must be accurate and correct
  2. Client must provide on the booking page, guest contact information
  3. Client must specify on the booking page if the client are arriving, currently there or left.
  4. Client must specify on the booking page the Checkin/Checkout date and time if the guests are not in the property
  5. Clients must give an access to the property prior the beginning of the Service
  6. Studio, being one room only (possible separate bathroom/kitchen/balcony to be advised)
  7. Clients must request 24 hours prior for any extra requirements
  8. During a Service, should the client require anything additional, this must be first authorised by the office, through the Butlers
  9. Should bed linen be changed, the fresh linen must be left in the property prior the beginning of the Service
  10. Should dirty linen and laundry be:

 

    1. Washed
    2. Dried
    3. Folded
    4. Pressed
    5. Packed away

 

Client must advise on the booking page under the specific areas (tick boxes)

 

  1. Clients must provide:

 

    1. A vacuum, not an upright model
    2. A mop stick
    3. A bucket and hot water
    4. A broom for outside areas

 

  1. Cancellation :

 

    1. 24 hours or less: No refunds
